Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept wireframes to high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
- Conduct extensive user research, including user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to validate design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define functional requirements and translate them into intuitive user interfaces.
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain a robust design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Advocate for the user throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring technical constraints do not compromise user experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within the Fintech or SaaS sectors.
- A strong, portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects, including mobile applications and web platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a significant advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
