Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and design systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure technical feasibility.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across web, mobile, and tablet platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, clearly articulating the 'why' behind design decisions.
- Iterate on designs based on data analytics and user feedback to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within the SaaS, Fintech, or Healthcare industries.
- A robust portfolio showcasing a full design process, including case studies and evidence of user-centric problem solving.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
