Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to define product requirements and user personas.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive mockups in Figma.
- Design and maintain a consistent design system that scales across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional user journeys.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the team to drive consensus and align on product vision.
- Optimize existing interfaces to improve conversion rates and user retention.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on digital products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design processes, including research, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
