Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and advocate for user-centered design principles
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate and optimize design experiences
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with SaaS/ fintech portfolio
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Experience conducting user interviews, persona development, and journey mapping
- Proficient in data-driven design decisions through A/B testing and analytics
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field preferred
