Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights and drive product decisions.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement product requirements.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Advocate for a user-centric design philosophy throughout the development lifecycle.
- Present designs and concepts to internal teams and clients with a compelling narrative.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including mobile and web applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience conducting user research and analyzing data to inform design choices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-friendly environment while meeting strict deadlines.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is a plus.
