Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Conduct user research, user interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software developers to ensure technical feasibility.
- Maintain and evolve our existing design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design projects.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or other prototyping tools.
- Experience conducting user interviews and analyzing data to drive design improvements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex design rationale.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles is a plus.
