Job Description
We are seeking a talented and strategic UX Designer to join our growing team in Denver, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and design implementation. You will partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure our products are not only beautiful but also highly functional and accessible.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and define user personas.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly designs.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure design fidelity and implement responsive web and mobile solutions.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership teams effectively.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a full range of design skills, from research to delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating seamless user journeys.
