In this role, you will be the voice of the user, driving the design strategy for our next generation of products. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and marketers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and prototyping.
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to uncover insights and validate design decisions.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system that ensures consistency and scalability across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-centric designs.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like Principle or ProtoPie.
- A strong, portfolio-driven portfolio demonstrating a history of successful projects and a deep understanding of design principles.
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and designing for diverse user needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
