Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives including interviews, usability testing, and persona development
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven design iterations to optimize conversion rates
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices across the organization
- Stay current with emerging UX trends and technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies and information architecture
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into intuitive designs
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
- BA/BS in Design, HCI, or related field
- Experience working in Agile development environments
