About the Role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from initial user research to final pixel-perfect implementation. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction and business metrics.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define product requirements.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Sketch.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Design and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to optimize user engagement and conversion rates.
- Present design concepts and interactive prototypes to the executive team for approval.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends and best practices in the industry.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- A strong, polished portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design processes.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
