Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical design sessions
- Drive cloud infrastructure modernization on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda)
- Conduct performance testing and implement optimization strategies
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Contribute to open-source projects and patent innovations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go/Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization
- Strong background in distributed systems and database design
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with remote team collaboration tools
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system architectures
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
