Responsibilities
- Design Leadership: Own the end-to-end UX design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final UI implementation.
- User-Centric Strategy: Conduct extensive user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design decisions and drive product iterations.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant, functional user solutions.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our internal design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital touchpoints.
- Mentorship: Guide junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of excellence and growth within the design team.
- Visual Storytelling: Create compelling visual narratives and presentations to advocate for design decisions and secure stakeholder buy-in.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end project lifecycles.
- Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a user-first approach to problem-solving and a passion for accessibility and inclusive design.
- Agile: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
