Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and ensure design consistency across all platforms.
- Advocate for the user throughout the development process and iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Maintain and contribute to the company's design system and component library.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a full design process, from research to high-fidelity mockups.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
- Experience with prototyping tools and a solid understanding of HTML/CSS principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
