Responsibilities

- Design and prototype high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive mockups using Figma and Sketch.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into beautiful, functional designs.
- Maintain and evolve our internal design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and defend design choices to cross-functional teams and clients.
- Advocate for the user throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring best practices in accessibility and inclusivity.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and prototyping software.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize research data into actionable design recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts clearly.
