Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for healthcare SaaS platforms
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Develop design systems and component libraries
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation
- Analyze user behavior data to drive design improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex B2B software design
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with healthcare/medical device design preferred
- Excellent visual design and interaction design skills
- Certification in UX Research (e.g., Google UX Certificate)
