Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research to high-fidelity prototyping
- Conduct usability testing and synthesize insights to drive design improvements
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems using Figma/Sketch
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Develop user journey maps and information architectures for complex products
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices across the organization
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with SaaS products
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, interaction design, and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Proficiency in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- BS/MS in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
