Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to prototyping using provided equipment
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs in Figma/Sketch
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual documentation
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and information architecture
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent visual communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise applications preferred
- Relevant degree in HCI, Design, or related field
