Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation using provided equipment
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using industry-standard tools
- Conduct user research sessions and usability testing with premium recording equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver pixel-perfect designs
- Develop and maintain design systems using provided Adobe Creative Suite licenses
- Analyze user feedback and data to iterate on design solutions
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to work with provided high-end hardware/software efficiently
