In this role, you will act as a strategic partner, turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive business growth and optimize operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Transform raw data into actionable insights through advanced statistical modeling and trend analysis.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and marketing, to identify business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning, validation, and ETL processes to ensure the highest standards of data integrity.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical experiments to support product optimization and data-driven decision-making strategies.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying complex relational databases and extracting data.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data insights to executive leadership.
