The Role:
You will own the end-to-end design process, from initial user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and design system governance. You will work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure our products are not only functional but delightful to use.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions and uncover user insights.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive Design System to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to translate business requirements into user-centric design solutions.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of projects.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
