Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across platforms
- Conduct user interviews and data analysis to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create compelling design presentations that articulate user needs and business value
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking throughout the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B/B2C products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals for design implementation
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving approach and design rationale
