Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software technical issues for employees.
- Manage and respond to IT helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security patches.
- Support the installation and configuration of new hardware and software applications.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate logs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and network concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
