Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation using Figma, Adobe XD, and Miro
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to drive design decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive design systems for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling storytelling and documentation
- Mentor junior designers and champion user-centered design principles across teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B solutions
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Experience working in agile environments with Jira/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user satisfaction and business metrics
