Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research to high-fidelity prototypes
- Conduct usability testing and data analysis to drive design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring brand consistency
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and promote design excellence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- Experience designing for complex enterprise applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments
