Responsibilities
- Lead UX research initiatives including user interviews, persona development, and competitive analysis
- Design and iterate user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct usability testing and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Establish and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across digital platforms
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge sharing sessions
- Present design strategies to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience conducting user research and translating data into design decisions
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and measurable impact on user engagement
