Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to prototyping using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing for data-driven decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems for multi-platform solutions
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
- Analyze user metrics to iterate on designs and improve conversion rates
- Present design solutions to C-suite stakeholders with clear business justifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools with strong visual design skills
- Proven track record of conducting user research and translating insights into designs
- Experience designing for regulated industries (healthcare/finance preferred)
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and understanding of responsive design principles
- Strong presentation skills with experience pitching to executive leadership
- Agile/Scrum methodology familiarity with Jira experience
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field or equivalent professional experience
