Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover actionable insights
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop comprehensive design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with product teams to define user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns
- Present design rationale and solutions to executive stakeholders through compelling storytelling
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate on designs based on performance metrics
- Mentor junior designers and champion accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma (required), Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro
- Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing frameworks
- Strong understanding of responsive web design and cross-platform best practices
- Experience working in agile development environments with Jira/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Portfolio demonstrating successful end-to-end project delivery
