Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across digital platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and translate user insights into actionable design strategies
- Mentor junior designers and champion accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Analyze user behavior data to drive continuous design improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and information architecture
- Experience with accessibility best practices and responsive design principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to balance business goals and user needs
- Proven ability to work in agile environments and manage competing priorities
