Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define design systems and maintain design consistency
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to drive data-informed decisions
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Document design specifications and maintain comprehensive design documentation
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex projects
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to work independently in remote environments while collaborating effectively
- Proficiency in creating design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
