Responsibilities
- Execute user research, journey mapping, and persona development
- Create high-fidelity prototypes in Figma and Adobe XD

- Collaborate with product managers and engineers
- Analyze user data to drive design decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience working with agile development teams
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
