Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI components to ensure consistency across products
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and articulate design decisions with data-driven insights
- Mentor junior designers and promote best practices in user-centered design
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to continuously improve product experiences
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging design technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement or business metrics
