Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk/Symantec)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Incident response coordination and forensic investigations
- Develop and maintain security documentation and playbooks
- Collaborate with IT teams on security architecture improvements
- Compliance monitoring for NIST, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA frameworks
- Threat hunting and proactive threat intelligence analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Expertise in SIEM tools and log analysis
- Hands-on experience with incident response protocols
- Strong knowledge of network security architectures
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts
