Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives including persona development, journey mapping, and usability testing
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems using Figma
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven UX analysis to optimize conversion metrics
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
- Stay current with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and implement inclusive design practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Proven ability to conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with product teams
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development constraints
- BS/MS in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent portfolio)
- Certification in UX research or usability testing preferred
