Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Execute manual and automated tests using Selenium, Cypress, and Postman
- Collaborate with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins
- Document defects in JIRA with detailed reproduction steps
- Lead QA initiatives for cloud-based microservices architecture
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices
- Analyze test metrics to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA testing with SaaS applications
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Java/Python)
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Strong SQL and API testing skills
- Certified Test Engineer (CTE) preferred
- Experience with mobile app testing (iOS/Android)
- Knowledge of security testing principles
