Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect solutions
- Present design concepts to executive stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Establish design systems and maintain UI component libraries
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex B2B products
- Mastery of Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive designs
- Strong visual design skills with attention to typography and layout
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations
