Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across digital products
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and present design solutions to executive leadership
- Analyze user behavior data to inform iterative design improvements
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent portfolio experience)
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with SaaS or enterprise products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and user research capabilities
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development workflows
- Certification in UX methodologies (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group, Interaction Design Foundation)
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
