Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research and persona development to wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create high-fidelity UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation across responsive web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user interviews, competitive analyses, and A/B testing to validate design decisions and iterate on solutions
- Develop design systems and component libraries to maintain consistency across 20+ digital products serving 50,000+ users
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling storytelling and data-driven insights
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking principles across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B SaaS projects
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, journey mapping) and usability testing
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools (Principle, InVision)
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Experience with design systems and component libraries in enterprise environments
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive user experiences
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement, conversion rates, or task completion
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field or equivalent professional experience
