- Participate in paid training sessions for Cisco/CompTIA certifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA Network+ within first 6 months
