Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Create comprehensive design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital products
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback using data-driven insights
- Conduct competitive analyses and stay current with emerging UX trends and technologies
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge-sharing sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B and B2C projects
- Expertise in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma (required), Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with Jira and Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field (or equivalent portfolio experience)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
