Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation

- Establish design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex enterprise product designs
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research and information architecture
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iterations
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
