Responsibilities
- Participate in immersive training covering network troubleshooting, system administration, and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Provide tier-1 support to internal teams via ticketing systems, chat, and phone calls
- Assist with hardware/software deployments, asset management, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues within SLA targets
- Complete certification training (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) during program
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvement initiatives
- Shadow senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
Qualifications
