Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for enterprise systems
- Provide Tier 1 support via ticketing system and remote assistance
- Install/configure servers, workstations, and network equipment
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation post-training
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and vulnerability patching
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
- Strong problem-solving and customer service aptitude
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in server environments
- Valid Alaska driver’s license (for equipment transport)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Must complete paid training program (40hrs/week)
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ certification within 6 months
