Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues across 200+ endpoints
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS systems using SCCM/JAMF
- Document incidents in ServiceNow with detailed resolution steps
- Assist with network diagnostics using Wireshark and SolarWinds
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
- Complete weekly training modules on Azure/VMware fundamentals
- Support office AV systems and conference room technology
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Net+ certification preferred
- Basic proficiency in Windows/macOS troubleshooting
- Strong customer service orientation with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment deployment
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Available for immediate start (within 5 days of offer)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
