Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to prototyping
- Conduct user interviews, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design specifications
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement designs
- Maintain and evolve our company-wide design system
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously improve experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS products
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies (usability testing, A/B testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
