Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions
- Create and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across digital products
- Conduct user interviews and data analysis to identify pain points and opportunities
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging UX methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research and data-driven design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
