Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across digital products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and advocate for user-centered design principles
- Contribute to design team strategy and mentor junior designers
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years professional experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex B2B product design and interaction design
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expert knowledge of UX methodologies (user interviews, journey mapping, A/B testing)
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Experience mentoring design teams and conducting design critiques
