Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and code review standards.
- Optimize application performance, ensure security, and troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.
- Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, architecture design, and deployment.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, programming languages, and tools to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of database management systems, including SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile, remote-first environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
