Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user journey across all touchpoints.
- Conduct extensive user research, including interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to uncover deep insights and drive design decisions.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using Figma to communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and content strategists to translate business goals into user-centric design solutions.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of our design system and best practices.
- Present design proposals and iterations to executive leadership, advocating for the user voice throughout the development process.
- Drive the adoption of accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure our products are inclusive for all users.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project delivery.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like Principle or ProtoPie.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing, with the ability to synthesize findings into actionable design recommendations.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design patterns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus but not required.
