Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents with minimal MTTR
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop incident response playbooks and security documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams on security architecture improvements
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and industry regulations
- Provide threat intelligence briefings to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Cybersecurity or IT-related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on cybersecurity operations experience
- Industry certifications (CISSP, Security+, CEH, or GIAC)
- Proficiency in network security tools (Firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and cloud environments
- Experience with threat hunting and log analysis
- Excellent written communication and report writing skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts for 24/7 operations
