Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research to high-fidelity prototyping
- Conduct usability testing and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Collaborate with product teams to define design systems and maintain consistency
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders with compelling visual narratives
- Mentor junior designers and champion user-centered design principles
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion funnels and engagement metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with B2B/SaaS portfolio
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field preferred
